Crusader Syrnol- Turntable
Turntable of the Syrnol. He's painted with one 2k diffuse map.
Crusader Rhyfler- Turntable
A turntable of the Rhyfler! That only took forever to render.
Again, he's just painted with a single 2k diffuse map and nothing else.
Crusader Rhyfler
Final render of the Crusader Rhyfler! Only one 2k hand painted diffuse map and nothing else on a low poly model.
An example of one of the Rhyfler mini figures. There were a lot of design changes, but the overall uniform remained the same. This guy is missing his helmet!

Final render of the Crusader Syrnol! Only one 2k hand painted diffuse map and nothing else on a low poly model.
This is the mini figure his model is based on. There have been a few slight changes to him, but not much! More figures for the Quar tabletop game can be found at Zombie Smith.

Autodesk Demo
Maya Viewport 2.0 and Alembic Demo
A project I worked on for Autodesk to test their new file type, the Alembic caching system. It allows you to view billions of polygons in the viewport. We had one month to re-create a portion of Venice for them to test the new software. The final video is a playblast out of Maya using Viewport 2.0. The final product was presented at SIGGRAPH 2011.
My job on the project was UVing and texturing everything. I worked with two amazing modelers, Tobin Tse and Phil Shaw, and the project was overseen by Andrew Dayton and Josh Qualtieri from Pixar, as well as our Autodesk correspondent Kamal Mistry.

The Quar
The Quar is a teaser trailer created by my class at Ex'pression College. Directed by Josh Qualtieri and Andrew Dayton of Pixar, this project was a fantastic experience for all of us. I was the lead texture artist, created the textures for the characters as well as directing my texturing team of classmates.
I am now currently working with Josh Qualtieri on a video game adaptation of The Quar, which is currently a table top RPG. More on the Quar can be seen at Josh's website, Zombie Smith.

A few pieces of my 2D artwork
A few of my drawings from the past two years. Most are done with ink and Prismacolor markers.
